TRNC U18 Basketball Team held its first training session

Preparations have started for the upcoming exciting challenge in Gaziantep! The TRNC U18 basketball team came together yesterday evening at Necati Taşkın Primary School Sports Hall and held its first training session. Our team, which will compete against hosts Doğuş Basketball, Konya Metropolitan Municipality and Stars Basketball in the Gaziantep Group on March 5-7, took its first step with the training under the direction of coach Hasan Kasap and assistant Onat Serin.

In the training, the team roster took part in a wide range and the athletes gathered energy for the upcoming competitions. President of the Basketball Federation Ertuğ Nasıroğlu and General Coordinator and External Relations Officer Associate Professor Seyfi Savaş also watched this important training and supported the team.

This first step in the preparation process showed that the team is focused and determined for the tournament. The team will continue to work with determination to represent the TRNC in the best way possible in the upcoming competitions.
